Product Guarantee: If you purchase our boxes and are not satisfied, you can return them within (10) days from your delivery arrival date for a refund. No partial returns are offered and all returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge. You have to arrange for, and pay for return shipping. Your credit card will be credited once the packages are received by our warehouse.
Shipping Guarantee: If your order does not arrive within (3) business days of your expected delivery date, you may return or refuse your order for a full refund, including delivery and return shipping. Your credit card will be credited once the packages are received by our warehouse. Please check our shipping page for current expected delivery time. Please note that the first shipping day is considered the first business day after your order placement, provided your order was placed before 4pm.
Please Note: If your delivery does arrive after the expected delivery date, and you decide to keep your order, no credits or discounts of any kind can be offered.
Lost Delivery: If your order is considered "lost" or delivered to the wrong location without correction, your credit card will be credited the full order amount, including all shipping charges once our shipping company has completed their package tracing process.
Delivery Refusal: If you refuse delivery of an order arriving within the delivery grace period your account will be credited once the packages are returned to our warehouse less applicable delivery charges to and from your destination. Please note that our shipper charges $11/package for refusals. Such fees will be deducted from your credit.
